TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully as by placing an order you are agreeing to these.

Payment options

DryBell products can be purchased online from the DryBell web page. The order must be paid for in full before the product can be shipped. We accept payments via Paypal and wire transfers. We always recommend payment via PayPal because sending money via a wire transfer increases the overall cost due to fees (sometimes more than $25 of extra costs). If you choose to pay with a PayPal eCheck, your shipment will be delayed by about a week while we wait for the funds to clear. Standard PayPal payments will be processed immediately. If you prefer payment via wire transfer please send us an e-mail at info@drybell.com and you will be sent our transfer details.


Product prices

Prices for EU customers are shown in € and include 25% Croatian VAT. The main currency we list our products in is USD. Prices in EUR are periodically re-calculated using the most current conversion rates. Companies or individuals from EU countries that can provide a valid VAT-ID will not be charged VAT (please contact us on info@drybell.com before placing an order and you will get a separate link for payment). DryBell products are shipped to all EU countries without paying any duty and without any customs control.

Prices for customers outside the EU are shown in US Dollars. Customers outside EU countries will not be charged VAT.
DryBell does not take any responsibility for import taxes, customs charges or administration fees charged on orders made outside of the European Union zone. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges related to Customs and the import of goods. Please familiarize yourself with the custom and tax laws in your country.

Please do not ask us to declare lower value on the invoice or to label it as a gift, because we are doing regular exports and all shipping documentation needs to be filled correctly.


Waiting list

If some of our products are not currently in stock, we have a waiting list. To sign up no payment is required; just send an e-mail to info@drybell.com with your full name and location. If you like, you can pay for your DryBell product straight away and wait until it is ready for shipping.

After joining the waiting list, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the estimated wait time for your pedal. If you haven’t received our reply within 24 hours, please do contact us. Please keep in mind that production of pedals is ongoing and intensive, we are doing our very best to work as fast as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times can and do vary. If we are late with a delivery, you will be promptly informed about reasons for delay and given a new estimated delivery time. Once your pedal is ready you will receive a shipment email. Products will be shipped once payment has been received.


Return policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new DryBell product, you may return it within 10 days after receiving it for a full refund (the customer needs to provide proof of delivery). You can choose any shipping service you like to return the product. We recommend using a postal service which tracks shipments and provides delivery confirmation. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Please take good care of your new DryBell product if you have not yet decided to keep it. The product has to be returned in its original condition as well as in its original packaging, including the invoice, manual and other accessories. Please be sure to package the product carefully.
Before returning the product, you have to notify us at info@drybell.com  you will then receive detailed instructions on how to label the package.

You will be reimbursed to your PayPal account after we have checked the product. If it is damaged, dysfunctional or incomplete, a maximum of 75% of the purchase price will be returned. If the product is in the condition it was received in, your full purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


International shipping

We offer three types of shipping:


1. regular shipping via Post office
● estimated delivery time to European countries: 6-15 working days
● estimated delivery time to other world countries + 12 working days
● not insured; we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail; if the shipment is not delivered in the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will open an official inquiry (This happens very rarely)
● shipping costs for European union countries are 16.25 € (incl. VAT)
● shipping costs for Non-European union countries are $ 17.50
● If we have pedals in stock, your pedal is shipped the next working day after ordering.
● each customer will get a tracking number, but bear in mind that the IPS tracking system only works in countries that have organized tracking in their post office systems (like USA via USPS)
● Shipping prices include full transportation costs to the destination country. DryBell does not take responsibility for any import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the European Union zone. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges related to Customs and the import of goods. Please familiarize yourself with the custom and tax laws in your country.

● Please keep in mind that is not unusual for packages to travel a bit longer than usual (by regular post) in December, because so many people order their Holiday presents online. That’s really not up to us, it is perfectly normal occurrence all over the World (most noticeable in USA and Canada) and the only thing you can do to avoid it is to use fast courier shipping (FedEx, UPS..). For example, some orders from the beginning of December can travel until the end of it. Nevertheless, if you encounter any problem with the delayed orders, feel free to contact us and we will do everything in our power to help you.


2. expedited shipping with UPS or FedEx
● Delivery to each country in the world within approx. 3 working days
● Insured, fast and safe (if your shipment is lost by UPS or FedEx, we will send you a new pedal at our expense)
● Shipping costs for European Union countries are 33.75 € (incl. VAT)
● Shipping costs for Non-European union countries are $ 40
● If we have pedals in stock, your pedal is shipped the next working day after ordering
● there is often a one day delay between the acceptance of the package by the courier and the day when the shipment leaves Croatia because the package first needs to go through clearance
● Your tracking number is often not visible in the system on its acceptance day, but it is always active in the system within 24 hours after acceptance
● Shipping price includes full transportation costs to the destination country. DryBell does not take responsibility for any import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the European Union zone. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges related to Customs and the import of goods. Please familiarize yourself (call your UPS or FedEx office) with the custom and tax laws in your country.


3. shipping with GLS
● Delivery only to EU countries within approx. 5-7 working days
● Insured (if your shipment is lost by GLS, after an inquiry process we will send you a new pedal at our expense)
● Shipping costs for European Union countries are 11.25 € (incl. VAT)
● If we have pedals in stock, your pedal is shipped the next working day after ordering
● there is often a one day delay between the acceptance of a package by the GLS courier and the day when the shipment leaves the country because the package first needs to go through clearance
● the tracking number is often not visible in the system on the acceptance day, but it is always active in the system within 24 hours after acceptance

These prices include shipping for one pedal only. When purchasing more pedals the price is a little higher. For shipping prices for more than one pedal, please send an enquiry to info@drybell.com.
Please notify us when you have received your DryBell product at info@drybell.com. In the package there is an invoice.
Please keep your original invoice because it contains the serial number of your product; this is crucial when obtaining warranty services.


E-mails

We usually communicate via email and strive to send a reply as quickly as possible. If your reply hasn’t arrived within 72 hours, please send us another email, we are always happy to assist!
