Hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Edgard has taken his fusion of psychedelic rock, blues and prog around the world, performing and touring throughout Europe and the US with various bands. His dynamic approach, spanning from thought-provoking chord progressions to impetuous riffs as well as beautifully crafted melodies to intense fiery solos, fuses his own perspective with classic elements from the masters such as Hendrix, Gilmour, Beck, and Knopfler.
“Tangible Dreams,” the latest release of his progressive rock band Polymorph, is a great example of his versatility and is a statement of his maturity as a songwriter and a musician.
