The Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your DryBell product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please see below for details and conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and the original invoice.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@drybell.com to request a return.
  2. Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to prepare and ship your return package.
  3. Shipping:
    • You may choose your preferred shipping carrier.
    • We recommend using Standard shipping (Post office, Priority) for returns as it is often the most affordable.
    • If you choose an alternative carrier, please ensure it is a trackable service with delivery confirmation.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
  • Product Condition:
    • Full Refund Eligibility: Products must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging materials and accessories.
    • Partial refund: a 25% restocking fee may be applied if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or altered in any way. The restocking fee may be adjusted based on the severity of the returned product's condition.

Important Notes

  • Handling With Care: Please take good care of your new DryBell product if you have not yet decided to keep it.
  • Careful Packaging: Please carefully package the product to prevent any damage during return shipping.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, failure to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer:

  • Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier and any other charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order qualified for free shipping, this applies to outbound delivery only and does not include free returns; the cost of returning the shipment to us will still be deducted from the refund.
